I had never heard of hub pages until the other day when I was at a friends house who owns a kitchen and home remodeling company.  He was sitting down in front of the computer writting a hub page explaining diffent things about remodeling a house.  This whole relm of using social sites to market your business is completely new to me but things like twitter, facebook, digg, stumble and now hub pages has opened a completely new avenue for small business advertising.  Not only do they allow you to promte your business’s website but you get to interact with users which could end up being valuable customers in the future.  I’ve discussed this growing type of marketing with my boss and they are now starting to take a look at it for their company.

I guess that stupid ground hog says were going to have another 6weeks of winter.  I sure hope this month or so isn’t as harsh as the last few weeks we’ve had.  I’ve already become completely sick of winter and have started planning my spring fly fishing trips.  I went out to the local sporting goods store over the weekend and bought my fishing license for the year and of course the dreaded trout stamp.  I hate that there are extra fees just to catch trout but hey I guess if they continue to increase the stocking programs in my are that will be ok since there just isn’t a large enough native trout populations.  I checked out ebay last night and even bought me some nice used fishing rods and reels to repair and us this year.  I do however have to either find that leak in my waders or bite the bullet and go out and buy a new set.  There just wasn’t much of a selection to choose from on the auction sites.  I usually buy that type of fishing equipment in the store anyway since I usually have to try on two or three different pairs to get one to go over my growing belly.  Hopefully that ground hog , sorry can’t remember it’s name is completely wrong and I’ll be able to get a fly fishing tripin sometime in March.  There is a lot of steel-head fishing going on in my area but I’m just not that dedicated enough to fight the bitter cold to catch fish

Wow out of the blue the other night my son asked ” Dad why do I have to be so short”.  The sound of despair in his voice made me realize his height or lack there of is a real issue with him.  I tried the usual things like explaining how we inherit physical traits from our parents, grandparents and so on but this just wasn’t cutting the mustard for him.  He must really be getting teased at school.  He’s at that age where most boys go through a growth spurt and grow taller.  I tried to explain to him that he will eventually get taller but that our family as a whole tends to be on the short side.  I listed many of the benefits that I find in being short and ran through a whole host of famous athletes that weren’t exactly considered tall.   After all our discussions on the pros cons and being short , the biology lessons and the look at famous people that are short he still wasn’t overly satisfied.  His next question made me chuckle a little.  He wanted to know if there were “grow taller exercises” that he could do at home to help him along a bit.  Now having been on the short side my whole life and never having really had an issue I just didn’t have a clue how to answer this.  I let him know that as far as I knew there weren’t any exercises that would help him grow any faster or taller.  After checking a bit on the Internet I was surprised at some of the results I found.

I found this amusing little program that takes random snipets of text and combines them with commonly found phrases, sentences and paragraphs.  I thought I’d give it a litte shot and see what type of post about pigs I could come up with.  Why pigs, because i felt like it that’s why, lol

Personally, I focus on hogs . To keep up the appearances of pigs and that is another cool thing. That would be boring if it got lost along the way. Is piggies always right for you. Up until now I’ve managed to avoid piggies on this blog. When you select your piggies you really have two choices. The more hogs you can find the better. Maybe you’ve decided to be against hogs. I guess you can’t wait. It’s time to up the ante. However they often forget that about hogs. Behold a mystery of pigs.

I have more things to try with hogs. Of it is hot right now.

I understand the idea of of it. It’s only going to help piggies out more in the short term.

But this is where my of it serves me well. It works for me as piggies is quite small at the moment.

What’s in it for you. It’s fine with me as long as you don’t abuse it. I certainly have my share of it. Piggies is all that it takes. Piggies finished it off. I hope this quells some of the concerns. You have the option to pay monthly. Hogs is a forgotten way to give an edge to this. Do you know how to get rid of piggies.

Should you expect this from pigs. I would definitely recommend going with hogs that you truly enjoy. This is the coolest thing about hogs.

Ofactory is my new blog.  Welcome and thanks for stopping by.  I’m creating this site to test out my skills with wordpress for one of my upcoming college classes.  Your asking why ofactory well to be honest a friend of mine bought this domain and wasn’t using it so gave it to me to try out my luck.  I’m not really sure what I’ll be posting about yet so dont get overly excited when you dont find anything usefull at first.  I’m sure as time goes on I’ll get into some deep discussions about politics, local issues and will do some bitching and complaining about my boss and job.  As the subtitle states this is just going to be a collection of my thoughts and ideas as well as amusing little tidbits I pick up here and there around the internet.  I’ll probably put some utube videos up and links to some of my favorite mp3 site but other than that I’m just not sure yet what I’ll be posting about.
